Run by Nick Williams and Phil Ayers, Small Talk Studio is a seasonal clothing brand initially known for their elaborate custom hand-drawn garments. Their garments are created with a sense of elevated play and artistry, but designed with everyday wear in mind. Sourcing a mix of domestic and Japanese deadstock fabrics as well as creating custom milled and printed fabrics and manufacturing most everything in New York, everything is executed with a high degree of craftsmanship and attention to detail, much like the custom garments the brand was founded upon. Small Talk’s practice revolves around research and experimentation, sourcing imagery and inspiration from a broad and disparate range of sources and working to create new contexts for their garments and the visual world behind them.

We do ship internationally! While we can calculate shipping costs at checkout, we are unable to estimate customs duties and taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged upon arrival at the destination.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Jake and Jones accepts returns on eligible items from in-store purchases in the form of store credit within 10 days of purchase.
For online orders, Jake and Jones will accept your return if mailed within 10 days of the date it was received with all tags on and the items unworn for an exchange, store credit, or refund. All intimates, swimwear and apothecary are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returns for online purchases
If you would like to return an online order via mail, please visit your customer account or submit a return request by email to hello@jakeandjones.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
You will be notified of your return confirmation via email. If you would like to exchange for another size or style please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Online items eligible for return may also be returned or exchanged in store.
