Senior Sales Associate: Jake and Jones Womenswear

We’re a small, style-driven shop specializing in emerging designers, and we’re looking for a polished, intuitive, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team. If you love fashion, enjoy connecting with people, and take pride in creating a great in-store experience, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage customers in a warm, genuine way

• Provide thoughtful styling advice and product knowledge

• Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store

• Assist with inventory, restocking, and new deliveries

• Support day-to-day store operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Interest in fashion, especially emerging or independent designers

• Familiarity with 

• Comfortable engaging with customers one-on-one

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Pay

This is a part-time position with 20-25 hours/week.
Competitive hourly depending on experience.
