We do ship internationally! While we can calculate shipping costs at checkout, we are unable to estimate customs duties and taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged upon arrival at the destination.
Shipping costs vary by carrier and will be added at checkout. Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties or taxes.
We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to international orders, as we are not responsible for lost items.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Jake and Jones accepts returns on eligible items from in-store purchases in the form of store credit within 10 days of purchase.
For online orders, Jake and Jones will accept your return if mailed within 10 days of the date it was received with all tags on and the items unworn for an exchange, store credit, or refund. All intimates, swimwear and apothecary are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returns for online purchases
If you would like to return an online order via mail, please visit your customer account or submit a return request by email to hello@jakeandjones.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
You will be notified of your return confirmation via email. If you would like to exchange for another size or style please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please note: Shoes may be pulled from boutique stock and, therefore, may have been tried on within the store. This might contribute to minor scuffs but should not be considered worn. Shoes being returned must be in their original box and original condition.
