Perfect for all seasons, the Walker is made of 100% wool, woven like a knit and felted like a Loden. This explains the garment's lightness, natural stretch, silence in movements and its ability to not wrinkle. It remains extremely lightweight while protecting and regulating body temperature.
The first instances of this garment were discovered in official sales documents dating back to the Middle Ages, when a local Austrian craftsman started producing this special wool fabric. The Walker became an iconic garment, presenting extremely modern features to this day. Importantly, the Walker does not release micro plastics into the environment and requires little washing.

The Walker does not normally need to be washed; its inherent dirt and odour resistant properties effectively make this unnecessary. Most odours disappear simply by airing the Walker. Allow coarse dirt to dry at normal room temperature and then brush off with a soft clothes brush. If odours and soiling can not be removed as described above, Rier recommends professional cleaning.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Jake and Jones accepts returns on eligible items from in-store purchases in the form of store credit within 10 days of purchase.
For online orders, Jake and Jones will accept your return if mailed within 10 days of the date it was received with all tags on and the items unworn for an exchange, store credit, or refund. All intimates, swimwear and apothecary are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returns for online purchases
If you would like to return an online order via mail, please visit your customer account or submit a return request by email to hello@jakeandjones.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
You will be notified of your return confirmation via email. If you would like to exchange for another size or style please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Online items eligible for return may also be returned or exchanged in store.
