In store returns
Jake and Jones accepts returns on eligible items from in-store purchases in the form of store credit within 10 days of purchase.
Online returns
For online orders, Jake and Jones will accept your return if mailed within 10 days of the date it was received with all tags on and the items unworn for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Online items eligible for return may also be returned or exchanged in store.
Not eligible for return
All intimates, swimwear and apothecary are final sale and are not eligible for return. Shoes may be pulled from boutique stock and, therefore, may have been tried on within the store. This might contribute to minor scuffs but should not be considered worn. Shoes being returned must be in their original box and original condition. *All Sale Items are Final Sale Both In Store and Online*
How to make a return for an online purchase
1) If you would like to return an online order via mail, please visit your customer account or submit a return request by email to hello@jakeandjones.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to exchange for another size or style please let us know in your request and we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
2) You will be notified of your return confirmation via email. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

3) Once you have shipped your item back, please share the carrier and tracking number with us. While not common, ocassionally items get lost in transit. This helps us reach a solution and process your return more efficiently!
4) Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return. You will receive a refund when we receive your returned item(s). Your exchanged items will be shipped from our store when we receive the original item(s) back from you.
