Return Policy

Jake and Jones accepts returns on full price eligible items within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn with all original tags attached and receipt must be shown. After 14 days, returned items will receive store credit if purchased within 30 days. All sale items are final and cannot be returned. Ineligible return items include swimwear, gift cards, and intimates.

Returns for online purchases: Online orders may be returned for eligible return items (see policy above). If you would like to return an online order via mail, please submit a return request by logging in to your Jake&Jones account within 14 days of receiving your order. If you checked out as a guest, you may click here to be sent to our contact form, where you can fill out your name, and specify your return or exchange request in the comment section. You will be notified of your return confirmation via email. If you are requesting a return after 14 days, but within 30 days of purchase, you may still return to receive store credit. If you would like to exchange for another size or style, you may select that option in the return request, specify the new size or style you would like, and we will confirm with you that we have your new selection in stock. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

You may select to receive your refund either to your original payment method or for store credit. Your card will be refunded within 7-10 days of receiving your return items. An email notification will be sent to confirm.

Online items eligible for return may also be returned or exchanged in store.
